We offer a standard book contract, detailing grant of rights, author's warranty, copyright, manuscript preparation, publication information, royalties, sales, rights, author's copies, and out-of-print provisions.
We pay royalties quarterly.

Our books are available from bookstores, major e-tailers, and our site store.

We typically print a paper trade size of 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 or 6 x 9. Depending on the book, we may do long or short runs. Volumes with limited or unique market appeal may be produced as print-on-demand works or e-books.

We believe that publicity is one of the most effective ways to sell books, and we mostly use this marketing avenue, taking advantage of both traditional and internet possibilities.

We do not require that authors go through agents; however, please send all submissions by email (submission@blackberryhillpress.com). We initially want a query email with an attached sample chapter. We will respond in a timely manner.
